A. The videos require the free Abobe flash software available to from www.adobe.com to be able to playback the files.

Q. I am having problems logging into the members area.
A. Please check you are entering your username and password exactly as they were issued to you as 90% of the problems occur because of not entering the password correctly as it is cAsE SeNsiTivE and must be typed exactly as it appears in the original email. If you are sure you are typing it correctly and still cannot login then please contact us and we will look into the issue for you.
